Users can log in to the app using their RATIONAL business customer portal credentials. The home screen provides quick access to several key functions:

• Information / Device Search: Users can search for device-specific details such as circuit diagrams, service parts, and other relevant information. To locate unit-specific data, input the last seven digits of the unit’s serial number or scan it from the typeplate. Information and documents can also be accessed by entering specific search phrases.
• Documentation: Access crucial documentation and information related to the iCombi Pro, iCombi Classic, iVario, SelfCookingCenter, CombiMaster Plus, and VarioCookingCenter. This includes training manuals, installation instructions, technical specifications, conversion guidelines, and instructional videos.
• Service Reference: This section provides a concise overview of messages and pertinent information regarding the various RATIONAL appliances.
• Option Management: Users can manage specific settings within the cooking systems through the Hamburg menu interface.
• Message Notifications: Stay informed with updates regarding new or modified information relevant to your equipment.
